Clic2Mail "Through Marketing"

 

Clic2mail “Through Marketing” enables Officepoint to work with manufacturers and suppliers to create unique offers and communications on your behalf.

These offers, usually product-related, are produced centrally and transmitted to you for your approval. At this stage you have three options;

  • Approve the bulletin as produced and priced.
  • Amend the copy or pricing.
  • Decline the bulletin.

Once approved or amended, the bulletin is personalised with your logo, company name, address and contact details, and links are created that will take your customers directly from the bulletin to your clic2office web store.

You have access to detailed tracking statistics that show the detail of every click (as in clic2mail) and Officepoint has access to a summary report which shows the AGGREGATED number of clicks on every link for ALL participating members. This summary report excludes individual customer detail which remains the exclusive property of the relevant member.

Officepoint shares the summary detail with the supplier of the offer, in return for which, the supplier pays all of the transmission costs, which means that for members, clic2mail “Through Marketing” has absolutely no costs at all, not for hardware, software, transmissions or tracking.

This must be the only example of personalised marketing tools being created and mailed on your behalf, with orders and valuable customer analysis coming directly to you without intervention.
